Thanks to our own Research and Development department Sibagropribor is able to carry out continuous and systematic work for improving and modernization of our product line. This year an upgrade of the Cryoscope “Thermoscan Mini” hardware was carried out by our R&D that included:
- installation of a new board of the stirrer’s motor;
- use of the new element base which enables improvement of the product’s metrological characteristics;
- the large volume of work has been performed to reduce the sensitivity of the analyzer to ambient temperature;
Today our Cryoscope “Thermoscan Mini” is one of the most cost-effective, affordable, and reliable solutions for determination of the freezing point of milk both in the Russian and foreign markets.
Freezing point is the most important indicator of milk quality, which allows identification of any falsification of milk:
- Adding water to the milk (the most frequent milk adulteration);
- Deacidification (artificial decrease of milk acidity);
- Adding of powdered reconstituted milk (to reduce the cost);
- And other types of milk adulteration.
It is the easiest and fastest way to learn maximum about the quality of milk, the analysis on "Thermoscan Mini" takes only 4 minutes and does not require use of chemical reagents.
