Set of cleaning reagents for Somatos Somatic Cell Analyzers (400g)

To ensure the accuracy of measurement results it is necessary to clean the analyzer’s glass flask and capillary thoroughly after the use.

In other viscosimetric Somatic Cell analyzers capillary is built into the analyzer which makes it difficult to clean it. As a consequence impurities and milk stone deposits accumulate that leads to a significant distortion of the measurement results. Besides when trying to carry out a thorough cleaning there is a risk of spilling milk on the "electronics of the device".

Somatos Mini design provides for the option to remove the flask from special holders.

The flask is easy to remove and to clean: you can clean it without removing it from the holders on the device or easily remove it from the holders and clean it in a convenient place (for instance in a sink).

The capillary can be also easily removed from the flask if necessary.

Rinse the flask and capillary with distilled water after each milk measurement and blow up the capillary using a rubber.

How to use cleaning reagent N1 to remove milk fat

1. Preheat tap water to 50°C and dissolve reagent N1 (1g per 100 ml of water).
2. Clean up Somatos Mini glass flask and capillary using the solution of cleaning reagent N1 to remove milk fat. It is necessary to do in the end of the working day as well as during breaks in work lasting more than an hour.

INSTRUCTION
How to use cleaning reagent N2 to remove protein and milk stone

1. Preheat tap water to 50°C and dissolve reagent N2 (0,5g per 100 ml of water).
2. Once a week soak Somatos Mini glass flask and capillary in the solution of the cleaning reagent N2 for removing possible deposits and preventing formation of milk stone that can lead to distorted measurement results.

One set of cleaning reagents (Cleaning reagents N1 and N2, 400g)
is sufficient to clean the Somatos Mini glass flask and the capillary
during 12 months (1 year)!
