Laktan 600 ULTRAMAX is our new model based on the LATEST TECHNOLOGY OF ULTRASOUND MEASUREMENT which allows you to get the most accurate and fast results!
Key advantages of the new model:
Laktan 600 ULTRAMAX allows for measurement of 10 parameters of milk by the ultrasonic method without the use of chemical reagents: the content of Fat, Protein, SNF, Lactose, Density, Added water, Freezing Point, Total Protein, Mineral Salts and Calories in the milk sample, as well as milk sample temperature.
Unlike the traditional methods of chemical analysis the ultrasound analyzer allows:
• receive the measurement data in real time - not more than 40-50 seconds per analysis; Application
Milk producers: peasants and private farms, collective farms, breeding stations, breeding plants; Calibration Laktan 600 ULTRAMAX is supplied with a factory calibration for whole cow milk.
At customer’s request we can supply our milk analyzers with the additional calibrations for pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, cream, skimmed milk, reconstituted milk from dry milk, canned milk, goat milk and other types of milk.
The milk analyzer is simple and convenient in operation, does not require high qualification of the personnel.
To carry out the analysis it is required to put the measuring cup with a milk sample in the analyzer’s recess and press just one button to perform the measurement. At the end of the analysis, the measurement result appears on the analyzer’s display. Dimensions In combination with the weight less than 1 kg small size and dimensions 160x150x135 mm allow to deliver device all over the world and robust packing guarantees secure transportation. Certificates The milk quality analyzer Laktan is registered in the State Register for Measurement Devices of the Russian Federation under No. 46032-10. Certificate No. 42025 (part 1 and part 2) of 21.12.10. The Center of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision issued hygienic certificate 54.Н.3.421.Т.02767.11.00 of 28.11.00. The analyzer is registered in the State Registers of Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania and Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. Measurement method The measurement method was certified by the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Dairy Industry, the certificate of attestation 2420 / 230-00 dated of August 21, 2000. The measurement method was entered into the State Register VNIMI-01-2000. The measurement method description is supplied with the analyzer and it can be used not only for monitoring the quality of milk, but also for working with cream, dry milk and ice cream. PC synchronization The milk analyzer can be connected to PC via USB-port.
A CD with a backup copy of analyzer settings and English version of the software for Windows is supplied with the analyzer. The software allows for:
Printout of the results Laktan 600 ULTRAMAX has the option of connecting to a portable printer MPrint" G58 (which can be ordered separately). The measurement results, date and time are printed online immediately after the end of the measurement on the thermal tape (without connection to PC). Cleaning system A new intelligent cleaning system has been implemented in this model which prompts the operator every next set eliminating possible operator’s errors. The analyzer also stores the data on each cleaning, which makes it possible to monitor the quality of maintenance of your device by the personnel. Sample preparation Recommended temperature of milk samples for the analysis is 20 - 25°C. If the sample temperature is below 20°C the analyzer will automatically perform the sample preparation and heating of the sample, and then analyzing it. Warranty
